Preparation: Unboxing Your Print

1. Carefully unbox your coastal glass print.
2. Locate the cutout notch next to the word "LIFT" on the foam mount.
3. Gently pry up the glass edge using the notch to release the print from the packing board. Avoid forcing it to prevent damage.

Method 1: Screw Mounting (Recommended for Secure, Permanent Hang)
This method uses the included Wall-Dog™ screw, which installs directly into wallboard, masonry, concrete, brick, or plaster—no anchor needed for most surfaces.

1. Turn the print over to reveal the keyhole carved into the foamcore backing (large and extra-large prints include a metal insert for added reinforcement).
2. Choose your wall spot and gather tools: a Phillips screwdriver (#2). For concrete, masonry, brick, or plaster, pre-drill a hole using a 3/16-inch ANSI masonry bit.
3. Screw the Wall-Dog™ into the wall until it's almost completely flush—the head should protrude just enough (about 1/8 inch) to catch the keyhole.
4. Align the keyhole on the back of the print over the screw head.
5. Gently lower the print until it's seated flush against the wall. The weight will naturally settle the foamcore onto the screw head—do not pull downward forcefully to avoid damaging the backing.

Method 2: Tape Mounting (Quick & Removable for Smooth Walls)
Use the included tape for easy, no-tools installation. Do NOT use on wallpaper, freshly painted walls (wait at least 7 days after painting), or textured surfaces without sufficient flat areas for adhesion, as it may not hold properly.

1. Clean the wall where you'll hang the print using isopropyl alcohol (not household cleaners). Let it dry completely for 2-3 minutes.
2. Turn the print over. For small and medium prints: Position the single piece of tape directly beneath the keyhole. For large and extra-large prints: Position the two pieces of tape on either side of the keyhole.
3. Remove the white liner from one side of the tape(s) and firmly press the adhesive side down onto the backing using the palm of your hand (avoid fingertips to prevent cracking the glass).
4. Remove the remaining white liner(s) from the tape. Align and press the print onto the wall—don't worry if it's not level; the tape can be repositioned a couple of times without losing strength.
5. Using the palm of your hand, press firmly on the glass surface directly over the tape area(s) for 30 seconds each. For prints with two tapes, press both spots to ensure secure adhesion.
